When booking a private charter, you must book the entire aircraft. Air Link operate a variety of aircraft which cater for 4 – 9 passengers, so we can select the best aircraft for your group and give you the best ‘per seat’ pricing.

The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) have strict requirements for operators who choose to sell individual seats on aircraft. Air Link is approved by CASA to sell individual tickets as part of our Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) routes throughout Western NSW. These routes are on a fixed schedule, and can be booked here.

Yes! We’re proud to own and operate our entire fleet of aircraft, from our light twin engine Cessna’s, right up to our Private Jets and Turboprops. We operate under CASA issued AOC TAAOC 0344, authorizing operations throughout Australia and the South Pacific region in all aircraft we quote.

By operating our own aircraft, you know you’re dealing direct with the company who holds the responsibility for your safety (and satisfaction!) There is no middle man when dealing with Air Link – and we welcome company audits on our operating certificate and insurances.

We’re all about offering no-compromise service to our passengers, so we don’t offer to sell the empty legs of our flights to others. Instead, we prefer to give our clients the flexibility to change their plans, and always give the best possible price when quoting our on-demand charter flights.

We provide a tailored quote for every charter flight on our aircraft – this ensures you’re paying for exactly what you need, and gives our experienced operations team a chance to provide some input into how best accomplish your goals.

As a guide, private aircraft charters will cost more than business class tickets for everyone on board, if you are traveling between regular city pairs within Australia. If you’re travelling to regional and remote destinations where there are no airline flights – then chartering an aircraft is the only way!

Air Link have been operating into private airstrips since the 70’s. It’s what we do! For flights operating into uncertified aerodromes, we conduct a strict safety audit on the particular airstrip and aircraft chosen for the job. In most cases, if the runway is long enough and conditions are good – Air Link will fly there.
